Eligibility: BE/ B.Tech (CS/IT/IS) from 2014-2015 batches with 60% of marks as their highest marks.

Job Description:

• Logging and resolving customer issues related to software’s (Company owned product and third party products)
• Multiple product handling (Network Management Tool, Infrastructure Management suite, Cloud portal etc.)
• Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team
• Deploying of software patches

Knowledge Area:

• Knowledge on Windows/Linus operating system
• Knowledge on SQL databases(ODBC connections/ Database Querying)
• Basic knowledge on Network
• Knowledge on coding logic
• Added Advantage: Python, Java

Interpersonal Skills:

• Should have good Communication skills
• Ability to understand and quickly grasp new tasks and ideas
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Possess a strong desire for self-improvement and advancement
