Job Description:
• Providing customized consulting
services.
• Interacting with various departments.
• Implementing our product at client side, provide the training for the same.
• Actively take part in end to end implementation of Data for customer.
• Provide implementation support to the internal team (Sales, SSE, etc)
• Respond to customer issues and concerns related to implementation
• Own the training of product to internal and external customers
• Excellent communication skills is mandatory
• Should be able to implement use cases provided by the customer
• Candidates in external customer facing roles in their earlier job will be preferred
• Reviewing documents, workflow and plans for implementation with customers/vendors.
• Coordinating, and tracking new implementations projects.
• Providing interface and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the interface team’s procedures.
• Demonstrating leadership to define requirements for project.
• Extensive regular contact with assigned project clients.
• Participating in client meetings and resolving client and management project issues.
• Should have convincing skills
• Should ready to travel for client visit
