Qualification - BCA /Bsc passed out in 2015.

Minimum marks - 60 % marks and above only

Job Description Monitoring the incident Queue
Elevate Incidents to L2 with warm handover process
Creation of service request
User administration Requests - Creation of users
Installing Monitoring tools
Start and stop a service based on Incident / Service request
Clearing cache / temporary files
Troubleshooting Disk Management by following SOPs
Event Log Management (Archive / Clear Event Logs / Configure Event Forwarding / Manage Event subscriptions)
Checking the event logs for basic troubleshooting
Performing Daily Health checks
Troubleshooting Monitoring issues With SOP Documents
Accepting Incident with in SLA resolve / elevate incident to next level with in SLA.

Must be able to troubleshooting service requests and Incidents with the help of SOPs.
Experience in operating Unix platform environments
Knowledge of Remote Admin Tools
Basic understanding of Storage and back up concepts.
Willingness to develop strong competencies in Unix platform support
Knowledge of monitoring tools and how it functions
Excellent understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple queues for multiple Customer Accounts

Must be a Service and Customer orientated team player. Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization.
Must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
Good motivational skills plus verbal and written communication skills, strong command of English Language. Must be additionally fluent in at least one of the common languages of the supported customer (dependant on region). Fluent in local languages advantageous.
