Software Engineers provide technical support to customers, solving complex technical issues in WMi and working with Consultants in the respective geographies.

Will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
1) Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise post customer implementation.
2) Develop high-quality, client speciic enhancements within the established timelines.
3) Support all the technical aspects involved in implementation of additional functionality.
4) Work closely with the consultants who are alinged to customer in various geos.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Strong RPG and CL with ILE concepts, DDS and SQL/400 
3) Strong WMS experience will be preferable.
4) Good analytical skills and ability to deep dive into problems and provide solutions.
5) Experience in working with consultants in any geography will be good to have.
6) Good customer handling experience would be nice to have.
