Key Area of Responsibilities :
# Developer is responsible to developing Applications Using BPM and Java Tools.
# Key Responsibility will be to complex develop BPM Applications
# Education/Years of Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant Experience for Developer/Associate

Technical Applications Experience :
# Logical thinking ability
# Should be having ability to self-learn and Explore the New technologies
# Strong inclination towards development and coding
# Exposure to any one of the core languages JAVA / J2EE, .Net
# Problem Solving and Trouble Shooting Skills.
# Should be willing to get cross trained for BPM / Integration tools like Appian, Web methods

Tool Exposure :
# Development Tools: Eclipse (Java/J2EE)
# Java Scripting, HTML
# XML, Web services
# UI Development
# Good to have Skills in BPM Tools: Appian, IBM Lombardi/WPS, Cordys, Oracle BPM, Pega. (hands on experience preferred in any one BPMS)
# Business Rules Tools: iLog, InRule

Salary:INR 2,25,000 - 4,50,000 P.A
