Job Description
Technical skills.

- Serious experience with of ASP.NET MVC >= 3

- Serious experience with of WPF/MVVM

- Serious experience with of.NET > 4.x / EF > 5.0 / Linq

- Serious experience with Visual Studio.

- Preferable experience with SQL CE / Compact edition.

- Preferable experience with Microsoft Sync Framework.

- Experience with Enterprise level distributed (server/client) applications.

- Experience with MSSQL database modelling (SQL scripts, rollouts, backup configuration).

- Preferable experience with model first design (EDMX).

- Know-how to refactor & coding best practices.

- Know-how of Dependency Injection.

- Know-how of design patterns and guiding principles, especially SOLID - The more knowhow the better (it’s important that he is on approximately the same level so that knowledge transfer won’t become a problem).

- TFS experience especially with regards of branching/merging.

- Maintaining and structuring a big Visual Studio solution, MSBuild, T4 templates.

- TDD, continuous integration, DevOps (build configuration etc.)

- Experience with writing (architectural) designs & technical requirements.

Job Requirements
Non-technical & soft-skills.

- Capable of working using SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

- Working foreman – Eager to also develop together with the developers.

- Honest - Not people that talk a lot but cannot handle deeper questions or when they do not know an answer or aren’t able to solve a problem.

- Excellent English speaker (and not too shy to communicate).

- Highly self-organizing and motivated - someone that is able to reach a target or solve a problem with limited input/guidelines.

- Eager to share and transfer knowledge.

- Aware of trends in .NET development.

- Problem solver / troubleshooter.

- Passionate about their work and interests.

- Of course a team player and in for a joke/chat - working in global teams using collaboration tools is not for everyone
